What is to stop a business in those towns doing business in another? This area has been given millions for regeneration so why shouldn't a company based elsewhere make a bid to do that work. I know of a business based in Grimsby that does work all over the UK.

From your comments on this matter and others may I suggest you are either JF himself or very close to the Fenty Clan.
