Being late to pay is a bit different than not paying.

Cash flow management. Hard but sometimes necessary

One of terms used by people who don't pay their bills on time.

What a nonsensical answer. Obviously their cash flow doesn’t matter to you.

Some clubs repaid debts more slowly ie. managed their cash flow more sensibly, rather than strangling the club and ending up in non-league.

If JF was thinking of the morality of any decisions he wouldn’t have invited May/Kapikanya to invest.

Do you have any idea how much damage administration does to other businesses that are creditors to football clubs, many of which are local suppliers.

You make mention of Leicester City. What about the florist shop in Leicester that it took under with it? The cleaning company. The electrician firm. My cousins business who they owed £6500 to, for which I believe he got around 20p in the pound back.

For anyone to suggest that going into administration back then, because their was not point deduction penalty, is an absolute indictment on the person making the suggestion and those that agree with that opinion.

Over the years there have been many football clubs that have gone into administration or CVA’s that have left a trail of destruction and damage to their supplier base, and it’s pretty heartbreaking and soul destroying for those suppliers when it happens.

To suggest that it was a sensible solution to deliberately wipe out debt is, well, quite frankly, as bad as if not worse than anything relating to Alex May.

Have you any idea at all how many local creditors to GTFC going into administration would have kicked in the guts. There you go you see, yet another thing JF has done to not only look after the club, but also the supplier base to the club. Yeah you are quite right, he could have made the decision to go into administration and crap all over more than GTFC, putting local livelihoods and jobs at risk. He didn’t 👏👏👏

Makes me so angry to hear such outrageous suggestions.

One good thing that came out of ITV Digital fiasco was that the penalties for going into administration were introduced.

The owners of Leicester City behaved disgracefully. GTFC paid the heaviest price of any football club - it wiped out a huge proportion of the club's turnover, the failure wasn't of the clubs doing or due to reckless business behaviour. If the club had gone into administration it would have caused pain to local businesses but to suggest that it is anything like premediated criminal fraud is ridiculous - I suggest you feck off now.

How do you feel about the takeover Fillipe Noche ?

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Deliberately breaching the payment terms on an invoice isn't ethical is it? What about this company having to pay their employees? What about their cash flow? Has the bill been paid? If not then it's not late is it, it's not paid.

Make the most of your last few days of being almost relevant Phil.

I once sat in a creditors meeting in Leicester (not football related) where I was owed £35,000

The CEO of the business looked us all unashamedly in the face, saying very little other than sorry but it can’t be helped. I wasn’t the largest creditor far from it.

He then trotted off to East Mids Airport, flew out to Majorca, to sit on his luxury yacht

Please don’t tell me it’s not criminal. Well maybe not always, unless proven in court as being wrongful trading or directors culpable. But when you are sat there hurt by a business deliberately put into administration, especially a pre-pack administration, then you feel very definitely that a crime has been committed against you

So feck off yourself Richard head

Getting a bit touchy Phil? Not been a good day for you has it? What with your mate caving in and leaving you high and dry.

Joined years ago to tick posts I like but someone who thinks it’s okay to pay local businesses late is a bit of a pillock.
