When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Amount of chances we spurned was quite alarming. Good to see us create so many though.

I didn't realise that 30 seconds of the team having a drinks break was classed as "highlights".

Hurst didn't seem too impressed in the post-match interview.

He said it would be different with either Taylor or LJL up top, so if neither of them makes the opener presumably we will get a loan of a similar type target man.

He also sounded more like the Hurst we know and love - much more like his dour self and of course he mentioned he had to work within a budget!

If that budget is not big enough, then the budget will have to be re-thought if we are to make a fist of it.

Budget could be more than adequate but if you are using it to pay 7/8 players for being on the treatment table then you have issues

To be fair I would guess he is as fed up as anyone and more so than most that the best laid plans of pre-season have turned into a bit of an @rseole. It makes this Chesterfield game more important than ever to try and get at least one striker through a game.

That bit of play, then through pass from Mcatee to the new lad was simply superb!

So did I and some of the play on the counter through most of the pre-season has been good.

But you wonder what happens when we meet a side that sits back or goes in front early on or we score early and then play for the draw. We will need to finish the game off with more than one goal. Other managers will already be aware of our powderpuff forward line and will plan accordingly.

Think he means for Revan's first chance.  The one where he turns on it and does a little roll and drag-back.

McAtee looks absolute quality.  If (I know, big if), we can get one of LJL or Taylor fit for him to play off/get a new striker in then I think he'll be huge for us this season.

Second half was McAtee and Sousa up top as a pair.  Neither look a striker and it did show, didn't seem to stick at all with either of them and a lack of support from wide or midfield.

Badly need a striker.  Same for most teams but it's going to be the difference between a very good or a disappointing season.
