A crowd of 3,500 at Moss Rose,Macclesfield to see the North West Counties League derby against Congleton. They never got crowds that big before!

Macclesfield won 1-0 in a occasion marred by a large brawl on the terrace behind the goal,which resulted in the game stopping for 10 minutes.
