I can remember beating Barnsley 3-2 after being 2-0 down at half time in a 1982 epic but can’t recall any others . Probably old age surely there must be some ?
Anyone help?
Would be Karma if there were none in the 20 year Fenty era.

Yep. Time before that was the 5 minutes of mayhem at Accrington in 09/10.

Before that it was Bristol Rovers (4-3, North's first goal) and Boston (3-2, Bore x2) in 06/07.

The one that always sticks in my mind was when we/I went to Rochdale to watch us in the late 70's.

2-0 down....won 2-5.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

I was there. Think Gary Liddell scored ( maybe to put us 3-2 up).
Ended up visiting Rochdale many times in later life through Building Schools for the Future!

I was at that game, 10 years old, I always remember it, vaguely though.

Jeez - I remember that game  - It was right at the start of my Grimsby supporting life....  the atmosphere in the 2nd half was amazing - I recall it was Joe Waters who scored the winner (pentaly?) at the Osmond end .  One of the best games I remember seeing - probably the game that got me hooked.  I just wish there were video highlights of the game....

Checking the record books you are right Joe Waters scored the winner. The previous week we won 3-0 at Crystal Palace the following week we drew 3-3 at home to Chelsea then won 1-0 away at Newcastle. Prominent scorer was Trevor Whymark former England International . How lucky we were to have to have supported the club in that time

You’re right about the result and us turning it around but it was three Kevins that won it for us that night and not just the one

It was Kilmore, Moore and Drinkell on the scoresheet 🏁

That's the best comeback I've seen because of the significance of it - it was Easter, we were adrift at the bottom and Barnsley were doing well. Had we lost that game we'd have been staring relegation in the face...Joe Waters was magnificent in the second half - skipper leading from the front

The Easter Barnsley game in 1982 was my first ever Town game. What an introduction…

I remember Michael Jeffery scoring (rare event) and Donovan in the dying moments while we were 2 down at home to palace. The ground was streaming out at that point and I remember thinking how gutted they must be to miss a comeback like that!

Correct, we nearly repeated the feat in the league game later on in the season when we also beat them 3-2. Scorers that game though were Kevin Drinkell and Kevin Kilmore but the other goal that game was scored by Bobby Cumming.

After that Chesterfield game in the FA Cup we beat Sheffield United in the next round before we played Liverpool.

I was at that game, in the paddock at Saltergate., just behind the dugout. Kilmore was sub and came on when we were two down. The Chesterfield fans round us were giving him a lot of verbal, so when he scored the winner he came straight o very to them to rub it in, with four of us going mental in them all!

I remember them going nuts at 2 nil up because it was Sheff. Utd in the next round which would have been a big local derby for them. The natives weren't happy and we decided to move along before the final whistle.

Happy days

I was also at that Chesterfield game - massive 3-2 comeback with Kevin Kilmore scoring.
End of the game - me and my mate left slightly early - and the only way out was towards the Chesterfield end - a couple of hundred irate Chesterfield field fans were heading towards the Town end and we walked straight through them totally in tact - Phew!

Absolutely spot on - Gove messed it up for everyone.
Burnley and Rochdale got their schools done in the North West but most of the rest of the programme was binned.

That Joe Waters inspired comeback against Barnsley is one of the most memorable games I ever saw at BP.  Fantasic stuff.

The comeback at Rochdale in the late 70's was another epic. That's the game where the crowd changed ends at half time!
