Southend have given us 300 tickets for the game at their place on Friday 18th February.

What was the reason for this one being on a Friday again?? I noticed it's not on BT Sport. Gonna be a pain to get to on time even when working in central London but good to have the option of deciding on the day. Gotta laugh that we finally get pay on the gate and it's on a fucking Friday night

Saves the faff of ordering and cost of delivery. Unlikely to have 4000 fans turning up on a February Friday so easy for Southend to manage. Seems common sense all round. Wonder what Stockport, Wrexham, Chesterfield are offered. Would expect parity.

From what I recall, Hurst accepted the request on the provision we switched the home game so we had an extra days rest before the Solihull away game.

You plank!..you're love for Fenty knows no bounds!..
One of the first thing Stockwood and Petite did was introduced overnight stays on long trips, including stopping halfway for the odd kick about and sons proper food..
Unlike Fentys, travel on the day with a stop at Tibshelf services for a £7.50 meal deal that the players had to pay for themselves!..

Anything over 3 hours is an overnight stay. So a Friday night fixture is worse for the players and staff. They will stay overnight Thursday and have all day to kick their heels. A Saturday game would be much better as it's only the morning they are waiting around.
