Dear Shareholder We look forward to welcoming as many of you as possible to our virtual question and answer session on Monday 28th February, which will begin at 7pm via Zoom. The official invite link will be distributed on Monday morning. Ahead of the meeting, we would like to explain to you the process of the evening. We also encourage you to download the Zoom app using the following link if this will be your first time using the software to familiarise yourself with the system: https://zoom.us/download How To Enter On the morning of Monday 28th February, you will receive a Zoom link which will give you access to the meeting If you’re using a desktop device (PC or Laptop), you will have the option to launch this meeting directly from a browser, or the Zoom app itself Those wishing to attend via a mobile device may be required to download and install the Zoom app Once the app/meeting page is open, you will be required to enter your name and e-mail address. We kindly ask that you use your correct information, as your attendance will be checked against the Shareholder register. Failure to portray your correct information may result in your removal from the meeting You will enter the Zoom meeting/webinar, where you will be able to see and hear hosts Jason Stockwood, Andrew Pettit & Debbie Cook The Process All attendees will enter the meeting ‘muted’ and will be unable to manually unmute their microphone in order to minimise the potential for any external interruption The hosts will be addressing any questions that have been submitted prior to the event Attendees will have the chance to ask questions during the event using the Q&A function. All questions asked will remain private between the hosts and the individual asking the question The Q&A system can be found in the bottom toolbar of the meeting, by hovering over the screen and clicking Q&A. If you’re using a mobile device, this may be under the ‘More’ section Should there be a limited number of questions, a ‘raised hand’ system may be used, which can be accessed by hovering over the page and clicking ‘Raise Hand’ in the bottom toolbar. If you’re using a tablet or mobile device, this may be in the ‘More’ section If the ‘Raise Hand’ system is used, one of the hosts will invite you to un-mute your microphone, where a pop-up will show asking if you should then accept. Once this has been accepted, your microphone will become active and the hosts and all attendees will be able to hear you. Following the asking and answering of your question, you will be thanked and your microphone will once again be muted Closing The meeting on Monday will end promptly at 9pm or earlier should all questions be addressed. We actively encourage all your questions are submitted with ample time to allow a response You still have time to send in any questions you may have prior to the session. We ask that any questions you have yet to submit are sent to media@gtfc.co.uk prior to midday on Monday 28th February. We cannot guarantee that any questions submitted after this time will be answered.
