Woking have parted company with manager Alan Dowson after going seven games without a win.

Not great preparation for their game against us on Saturday at BP.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Local media sought an interview with the outgoing Dowson, and though he was only too happy to oblige, they couldn’t understand a fúcking word he was saying.

They are supposed to sack him after we beat them.

The Grimsby Reaper is pre-emptive these days.

They sound like a set of cúnts. Think they need reminding they live in Woking, not the Amalfi Coast.

To be honest I think he has a fair point since he apparently managed them through the Black Death pandemic of the 14th century. That can’t have been easy.

Woking…famous for being the birth place if Weller…and nothing else. Always amazes me the over inflated opinions folk have of their own towns…weird fornicators

The southern arrogance about the north I guess. The only difference between Grimsby and Woking is that Woking is near enough to commute to London for work and go for a night out. It's still rubbish.

Complete the song title.

"______ is a shithole I wanna go home." Sung in most grounds up and down the land.

You only have to worry when it's the home fans singing it.

Looks like their fans are expecting a slightly more attacking display this weekend after going ultra defensive/negative under Dowse. Might work in our favour rather than them sticking 10 behind the ball and us trying to work through them, especially with Raikhy out.

Woking town centre is a right dump, even the Martians couldn't be arsed to waste their death rays on it.
Most of the imbeciles posting don't seem to realise that BP is actually in Cleethorpes either.

Was in Woking on Thursday night for the theater which was surprisingly good. Must say though that even by Wetherspoons standards the one in Woking is particularly grim.

Agree with you on the second part. Never been to the theatre there.
