Let’s hear our weird and wonderful ways people are planning on travelling to Kings Lynn.

Appears driving is going to be a nightmare with bank holiday traffic + road works.

Train equally appears to be a challenge.

Potentially, drive to Peterborough and then follow through to Ely for a transfer to Kings Lynn?

Shifting them tickets is going to a major ask unfortunately.

Sleep well Icey, Matty and Richard. Keep each other company up there xx

I think you may be surprised. If we get a win at Weymouth I expect 1500 plus. Great to get a decent allocation.

I quite fancy a walk myself...

'I walked in the dressing room. The window was open and I thought that a sea fret had got in. Then I saw smoke billowing from a pipe in the corner of the room...it was my centre-forward. He looked seven stone wet through. He went on to score thirty-odd goals that season.' Lawrie McMenemy on encountering the legend that was Matt Tees.

Yeah, the train is a right pain for somewhere that's only about 100 miles away.

Grimsby to Donny, Donny to Peterborough, Peterborough to Ely, Ely to King's Lynn. 4 trains and it takes best part of 4 hours!!

Yes it's really one for coach travel - and organise a beer stop in Stamford - beautiful, mostly listed, town centre with loads of pubs (and maybe pick me up on the way?)

Limerick was challenging for home games - about the same distance as Copenhagen the other way.

Not too bad for Anfield though - in 2001 Train to Dublin and then ferry. I was due back at work the following day but got delayed for some reason - can't remember why! I did have an inbox full of emails from Irish Man Utd fans to come back to...

A16 to Louth, A153 to just before Coningsby, B1192 to the A17/47 and follow that until you get there. The roads are awful but stick with that route where possible because the diversions will be even worse. My record is around 1hr 40 but that was at 3 in the morning with nothing about. I’ve no idea why anyone would even consider going on a train to somewhere where even the roads are dreadful.

Yikes. Distance wise it's similar for any London based Mariners but there's a direct train that gets you there in less than 2 hours. I'm gonna be coming from Faversham down in Kent as that's where I am on Easter Sunday and even that's an easier journey than anyone coming from Cleethropes/GY. 2 trains and 3 hours for me.

I think it’s a bit nearer than Ipswich and Norwich but I always remember them being right ball bags to drive too.

Sutton bridge on the A17 has one lane closed. Three way traffic lights in operation, queues any thing up to half an hour to go over it, I went over it last week and although it was peak time I was at the back of a two mile queue coming from Kings Lynn.

If going on A17 best to turn off at Long Sutton cross river at Wisbech and then on A47 to Kings Lynn if lane still closed at Sutton Bridge ,Bank Holiday traffic will be a nightmare..

Worked out of Norwich for years, either New York straight way or A16, but expect it to take 2 hours minimum, potentially closer to 2 and a half with expected traffic. I once made Norwich in 1.45 hours, but that was 2am and I only saw 2 trucks all the way there...

The Sutton Bridge temporary traffic lights are being removed for all public holidays until the roadworks are completed in July. So it will just be the normal Bank Holiday traffic to contend with.when we go to Kings Lynn.

There is limited parking at ground. You have to pay online (£4) for anyone who does not like street parking.

Expecting about 900 to be left for general sale on Monday. I expect we'll sell them. Even managed to persuade my wife to go to this one - her last game was Villa in the FA Cup when she pregnant with our first in Jan 94, the excitement of the close defeat but doughty performance perhaps resulted in our son being born 4 weeks early a couple of weeks later...
