It's great how the only consideration for choice of venue was if it was to be Notts v Wrexham final and intercourse the rest.

Sorry can't get link on for some reason

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

Which turned out to be a game that was never going to be the final.

Not only have they restricted the amount of lower tier tickets available, there’s no concessions in the upper tier, meaning u16 tickets are 50 pounds. Completely unacceptable

I’m with you on this. For a ‘suburb’, Solihull has a population 35% bigger than NE Lincs and resides within a city with a population of 1.2m. Even a tiny pique in local interest has the potential to shift a few thousand more tickets based on those parameters.

A bit like Gateshead selling 8000 tickets for our play-off game when their average attendance is about a 10th of that!

The problem is this league is so badly run it's not really a surprise we ended up at the cockney gagster house of market fleeces
