Fair enough.  I thought he started like a house on fire and then Fox absolutely outshone him Barnet onwards, no shame in that.  

As said, you can forgive a bit of fatigue considering the situation that he arrived with.

I don’t think any team outlasted us in any match this season. We were the fittest team in the NL. That work was done last summer.

So it’s hardly surprising that players who came on during the season weren’t upto the fitness levels of the original squad.

I’m looking forward to see JMD with a proper pre-season in him. Woking were the team that I remember most as being out on their feet and not looking fit during the season.

I agree re Fox - of all those out of contract, he is top of my 'please re-sign' list.

Do we know for a fact that we don’t have an option on another year for Fox?

Completely agree Golly.  The proof is literally there in the pudding when you look at the fact we did a full season and then 3 games with extra time, yet still looked the strongest at the end of each game.  Holohan, JMD, Cropper and Amos will all benefit from proper pre-season prep.  Ryan Taylor too considering he missed most of it through injury last year.

I'll raise you Kings Lynn to Woking though.  I honestly thought some of their lads were going to throw up on the pitch on Easter Monday.
