Tickets purchased on line as club requested but having done so it’s says tickets must be closed lectern from ticket office. Confused I thought request was to avoid clogging up ticket office while they are dealing with season ticket renewals

How did you do that ? When I ordered mine online the confirmation clearly said they must be collected from ticket   office.

Did you tick the required SMS box? I forgot to do this in the past but just phoned the ticket office and they arranged for it to be sent to my phone
