Sorry about this. I installed Dochub.com on my desktop and it worked on a trial for me; so I put it on the thread. I'm now using my laptop, which does not have DocHub.com and having the same problems as you.

I am not a techy and try my best. I have had advice from both Meza and Rob but find it hard to put the table on the thread apart from the way I have previously posted. I had hoped this time I had cracked it, I'm now on my version 8 of the table, as I'm trying to improve its appearance.

If you wish you can register at DocHub.com and sign in, you should then be able to see the results. I just did and it works. As I said I am not a techy and cannot guarantee anything. I will look at trying to use another way to present the table so please have patience with me.
