Good to see Shaun back. Got some game time at Boston and chose himself to come back and fight for a place.
Was interesting to hear the way Hurst put it about he achieved what he wanted to achieve and made me wonder if his loan had a dual purpose.
Does anyone else think that Agent Pearson was out again and seeing first hand how Scott Pollock was as a player and person in preparation of a town bid in the transfer window?

You never know so you? It’s now known that when we wanted McAtee both LJL and Giles Coke were sent over to Manchester to “persuade” him to sign.

I've always liked Sean Pearson's commitment when I've seen him play .He strikes me as a battler. I like to see them players with that passion to the cause kept on.

I imagine he’ll be with us until he retires and then very much go into the back room staff of the club. I know he loves coaching within the youth setup and working within the community. A real role model for all future pros.

Although I rate Waterfall slightly above Pearson, Shaun certainly gets 'touch tight' to strikers and I  don't reckon the Salford first would have happened. Like a lower league Keown.

The same reason you’re sat on here, he’s not good enough…doesn’t mean he’s a excrement professional…
