In all seriousness, disagreements and differing opinions aside, for essentially a tiny club that’s spent the best part of 25 years being shite, we have a great forum amd you really could make a book of the posts on here…

I now realise I’ve accused Poojah or writing “bed rants”, also known as BEST rants, but this is more down to my failing eyesight than alcohol consumption, honest!

But I agree, this forum seems a bit of a one-off.

We are getting quite a backlog now, no mention of Newport or Mansfield getting new dates, this a third one that needs rearranging. Who’s to say Tuesday at Crawley will definitely be on, given the temperatures aren’t expected to rise very much at all. If we win at Luton, Crewe H has been rearranged for 5th Round midweek so that would be another.

Looking at Saturday/Tuesday for the majority of weeks.

On the plus side, the pitch gets some rest and might recover a bit before its next outing on 11th Feb and we might have improved the squad a bit by the time we play the rearranged games.


Further emphasises our need for squad depth before the window shuts if we’re going Saturday/Tuesday for the rest of the season.

The forum is better than the football at present.

I'm glad it's so busy, with such a range of views and posters. I look on other forums from time to time and they have very little traffic compared to this one.
