Crab sticks don’t actually contain any crab. And from 1993, manufacturers have been legally obliged to label them ‘crab flavoured sticks'.

Back in the days when I used to work at BP, several of the team, Livvo and Grovesy amongst others, used to help the groundstaff on the pitch after training on a Friday, just for 30 - 60 minutes. I think they used it as a warm down.
