Quoting the old quiz question, which team never plays at home.
Apparently some Mariner fans have now sent him some Grimsby Town souvenirs.

Old Trafford is in Trafford which is in Greater Manchester. May as well say Crystal Palace don't play in London because Selhurst is a borough of the city of Croydon.

Old Trafford is not in Salford. It’s in Stretford, which is part of Trafford, Greater Manchester.

I agree it’s not in the City of Manchester.

What city is Old Trafford in?

Salford as far as I know.

Wigan is part of greater Manchester but you wouldn't say it's in Manchester.

Bolton play in Horwich, about 13 miles from Bolton, and yes, it's in Greater Manchester.
