They won't all want one though, the question is whether more than 4621 of them do. I think it might be just short of that.

I've also wondered whether there is a selection of ST holders who might not be able to attend personally but will purchase for non-ST friends or family.

Personal opinion, I don't think they'll reach general sale. If it isn't at ST sales then Mariners Trust members would hoover up the rest I think.

Yeah I think that's the bigger danger if you like.

Loads of stuff on Twitter already of people asking if anyone ST Holders who aren't planning to go would be happy to have their ticket used in such way.

I think the absolute bulk will go to at the ST stage with the remaining picked up by 1878 members.

Just to give an idea, we have 6 season tickets in our family.  2 of us made Southampton due to school/college/work commitments. All 6 of us are planning on going to Brighton.

4,621 tickets less ST sales, less 1878 sales, less Mariners Trust members will very few if any for general sale.

Zero chance of any tickets extra tickets coming from Brighton.
My nephew is a season ticket holder at Brighton and they are 100% guaranteed It’s a sell out there, I’ve managed to get a ticket from one of his mates, I won’t be able to get a ticket in the away end. Even though I’m in the trust the season tickets and the 1875 lot will snap up the tickets.

Are we any closer to getting promoted since Hurst has been here? No

Has he been given time to achieve promotion by the chairman and fans? Yes

Hurst out

Anyone looking for parking, I'd go on the JustPark or Your Parking Space app. There seems to be a lot of pressure on parking for this game.

I've managed to find something for £15 which is a 25-30 min walk away, but alternatives a similar distance from the ground are few and far between

Lets just say if everyone that supports Town wears their lucky pants/socks/hat/scarf, no black cats cross their path on the way to Brighton, the whole of the Brighton team walk under a ladder, and a curse was put on Falmer that any team nicknamed the Mariners could not be beaten on Mothers day.

Brighton allocation 4621
Season ticket holders c 5500

No.Assuming they all wanted one.

Staff tickets to come off that 4621 too. Not sure where complimentary tickets for players go but if they go in the away end, that's another chunk off the 4621.

Can't see this getting past STHs at all.

I would imagine Brighton will have provision to host player comps in some kind of hospitality area. It’s one thing for Town, but you can’t see the WAGs of Man City and Man Yoo wanting to mix it with the riff raff in the away end, can you?

Glennon's family were in the away end at Southampton but unsure if they were player comps or bought regular tickets.

Be interesting to see how they manage this. What percentage of season ticket holders will either purchase a ticket or lend for someone else to do so? I think probably around 80%, which would cover the allocation.

I'd like to think that if you're a ST holder who can't go that you aren't gonna just give your ST up to a mate or a family member who isn't a proper Town fan. Please think of the many non-ST holders we have that travel up and down the country week in week out that you'll be denying if you do.

Around 24500 tickets sold so far (including your allocation) and that is primarily season ticket holders. Tickets for Albion fans go on general sale tomorrow and with around 7000 left it is likely these will sell out by the weekend. Set to be a capacity crowd of 31500 which should make for a brilliant atmosphere.

How have some non season ticket holders got a ticket when some season ticket holders haven’t? Is that allowed to ask that question? Ps. Anyone fleecing fellow Town fans by selling for a profit is a t***

I know two non season ticket holders who had the bollcoks to ask season ticket holders for their ticket if they couldn’t go.

I’ve a bigger issue with girl privates fleecing poor illegitimates.

Didn’t even look where my seats were. Wasn’t given an option…

I sent messages out to pretty much every Town fan I knew and one of them had a spare ST not being used so very kindly let me have that one at face value. I've been to about 25 away matches since the start of last season and I'll be at Sutton tomorrow night though so I'm not feeling particularly guilty.

Finding it very hard knowing that I won't be there on Sunday after 45 years supporting the team.
No problem with the allocation of tickets but being semi retired and an exile I decided not get a season ticket not because of the cost but because of the increased petrol costs in getting to the home games. If only I knew we were going to create history I am pretty sure I would have changed my mind.
However I am also sure that all those lucky to be there will represent those that are not loud and proud. I hope its a great day for all. UTM

I sent messages out to pretty much every Town fan I knew and one of them had a spare ST not being used so very kindly let me have that one at face value. I've been to about 25 away matches since the start of last season and I'll be at Sutton tomorrow night though so I'm not feeling particularly guilty.

No need to be defensive..it was a question as I read of a guy who’s been to every game home and away, season ticket holder who lost out..so therefore the question popped in my head and I asked it. End of the day all season ticket holders had an opportunity to get one I know, so it was fair..demand outstripped supply..and the only thing that matters is all who are there back the club fantastically as always. That said, if there are a few who have secured tickets, who aren’t regulars - I hope they do start attending. I’d love the younger generation to see this as the start of a lifelong journey..like most of us are on..

But on the subject of selling tickets on for profit..no time for that at all. Fleecing fellow fans for self gain..whilst having the temerity to moan and cry for months on Twitter because he didn’t get in the queue early enough for Wrexham. He says because others were ‘greedy’ ..and getting tickets for mates…

Well how ironic the word ‘greedy’ is now….

It would be hilarious if the club or someone pointed him out before entering ground on Sunday and stopped him entering for touting.

Mine haven’t arrived yet, slightly nervous as I was expecting them to arrive today

I had to ring the ticket office when my Southampton tickets didn't arrive and they told me they'd not been sent, so they sent them special delivery that day. Think someone else on here has the same happen to them too.

Didn't intend for my response to come across as defensive. That's obviously crap for that person you refer to in your post and I sympathise but I personally don't feel guilty as I've put a lot of time, effort and money into watching this Town side.

Bloke near me on Saturday moaned because he didn’t get a ticket and nipped after work on Wednesday and they’d gone…I was critical of the way they sold them but he did have from midnight to get online…his response? If we’d got Utd we’d have received 7000 tickets…weird response given we didn’t. A moot point really.

Fleecing genuine fans felicitations me off, be it football or gigs. Seen people selling Brighton tickets for mad cash.

I had a spare stone roses ticket at Heaton park; 45quid face value. Going rate on the street pre gig was like 250quid…saw a lad with his mates without a ticket…sold him it for £45 and a beer. He had a great day, I made my money back and I knew he was there for a great experience.
