Given there will be some fans who don’t get tickets for Brighton, the fear of missing out is rising. On another thread it was mentioned about games missed, so what games do you wish you were at but we’re not?
For me it is Boro, Villa and Burnley (semi)

Fortunate to have been to Liverpool, Everton, Wimbledon, Wrexham and loads of other great days but those three really stick out.

Batch, Crombie, Moore K, Wiggington, Cumming, Waters, Bonnyman, Ford, Emson, Drinkell, Whymark. Love you all, You are the reason I'm on here. You've had help from Todd, Handyside, Futcher P, Groves, Mendonca, Macca etc etc etc. Up The Mariners!!!!!!!!!

The only game I missed when I really wished I'd been there was away at Burnley in the AWS semi-final. Had everything organised to go but on the day I was sick as a dog so decided not to go.

I'm very lucky to have seen all our other big away wins at Middlesborough, Everton, Liverpool, Chelsea, Villa (well a draw), Newcastle.

The only other BIG game I missed was the Wembley final v MK Franchise. Again I had everything organised to go but was rushed into hospital a couple of days before.

I've missed quite a few. Some were around self-imposed exile from games after being on the wagon. Sobriety came before matches at a time when I associated much of my drinking with following Town and didn't want to be around boozing friends. No regrets really. Missed Spurs win as I was on holiday in Dubai.

I'm just glad of the ones I got to and there have been plenty in forty-four years.

Braintree away in the play-off semi for me.

Home game did me in, was sick of going so close in the previous two seasons and then feeling like we just ran out of steam that year.   The home leg was just awful, they seemed to have our number all season and couldn't for the life of me see us getting anything at all, never mind turning it round.  I think the Hurst Out banner on the flyover just really tipped me over the edge too, that feeling of we can't even be a collective front at this stage so what's the point.

Weirdly accepted another semi-final failure and a fourth consecutive choke in the play-offs, yet woke up on the Sunday morning completely buoyed and thinking that we would do it.  Thought long and hard about going but opted against it, went round to a mates house to watch it on telly and from the moment the teams came out regretted the decision not to go.  Even as the clock ticked away, just had a feeling it would happen and we would get a chance...
