Good goal that

'I walked in the dressing room. The window was open and I thought that a sea fret had got in. Then I saw smoke billowing from a pipe in the corner of the room...it was my centre-forward. He looked seven stone wet through. He went on to score thirty-odd goals that season.' Lawrie McMenemy on encountering the legend that was Matt Tees.

The goal looked even better than I remember it.

Orsi has the knack of staying cool and picking his spot. A lot of players would have hit that straight away, but he took the touch and made a good chance better.

It was a very cool finish. Staying calm in the box is a real asset which I don't think can be taught. The question is, can we create enough chances for him to have the opportunity to show his finishing? It was a rare piece of good passing for the goal last night and we obviously hope to see more of that next season, but he's not very effective in the many bish bash bosh games we see where the ball is up in the air all the time.

On the assumption he gets a few starts before the end of the season, he needs to make an impact either on the scoresheet or in general play if he wants to be near a first choice next season. A lot will ride on how well he links up with George.

Max has been given some stick on the fishy recently but credit where it’s due, a couple of top quality saves in those highlights

Good finish, that’s the kind of goal we’ve been missing at home.

Looks like we had two chances, one well taken by Orsi.

They had plenty.Good keeping and/or bad finishing…..on another night we would have lost that game.
Need to do better, but still happy

We had a few 'almost' moments as well, and they had one other good chance not shown. They had a bit more of the attacking play, but most of their threat came following set pieces due to the massive height advantage.

A very well taken goal and some good saves  from Max.

Orsi deserves to play in last four games on what we have seen of him so far.

Players need a run of games before that can be at their best.

Apart from Brighton (where he was a lamb to the slaughter up top on his own) I’ve been impressed with the cameos I’ve seen of Orsi all season. I’m glad he’s under contract as I think he’s useful, at the very least.
