Little Jamie, also signed by Laws was a bargain at just £50,000 after completing a loan spell from Leeds. Chipping in with a fair few goals, Jamie was a little poacher with bags of ability on the ball. However he was totally under-rated and under-used by Swain, resulting in him being flogged back to Laws at Scunny in 1997.
