Nottingham Forest midfielder Kevin James was captured on a 3-month-loan. However the player had to return to the City Ground after an injury put him out for 4 months which would take up all of his loan stay at Blundell Park.
Kevin started out with Charlton Athletic in the 1998/1999 season but never made an appearance before his move to Gillingham in June 2000. He never settled at Gillingham and first team chances were very rare and in 2004 he moved to Nottingham Forest only making around 50 appearances for the Gills.
Kev has also played for Boston United, Walsall and Yeovil Town while with Forest. He was released by Forest in the summer of 2007.
