Beat the Bookies: Week 17

LAST week was highly satisfactory with Grimsby beating Kettering in the week's big gamble. Hartlepool losing at home to Yeovil was an even bigger winner, ensuring Beat the Bookies is back in winning ways for the season for another week at least.

Championship Tip
Palace v Derby - away win (3.59, Pinnacle). Palace did well last night on TV but with the match going into extra time, and Palace having to play less than 48 hours later in another televised game, Derby should have a big fitness edge in this game. Derby's form is poor, but so was Palace's. 3.59 looks too goo to turn down.
Blue Square Premier Tip
York v Kettering - away win (14.0, Unibet). After last week's gamble Kettering weren't that bad were they? Given another week to sort themselves out they now face another away game. Most bookies are offering around 10-11, but Unibet are some way off with odds of 14! On last week's showing that's a bargain and well worth a few quid.
FA Cup Tip
Sutton Utd v Notts Co - home win (6.11 Titan). This looks the most likely upset of the round (ignoring the all non-league clashes). Sutton United are doing well in the league and have a lot of tradition in this competition. The fact that it is on TV and County's recent form is a bit flakey gives the Surrey club even more of an edge. Titan offer 6.11, or if you don't have an account with them, you can get 6.0 with Ladbrokes.
