ALL four bets lost last week, which was not a good seven days for Beat the Bookies. Ah well, the wins the week before mean we're still up for the summer as a whole.

Football

  • LA Galaxy v FC Dallas - home win (1.91, Ladbrokes). Dallas have only won one away game all season, whereas LA Galaxy have lost just two games at home. Dallas have also lost 6 out of the last 10, LA Galaxy have won just 1.
  • Vancouver Whitecaps FC v Seattle Sounders - away win (3.6, Betway). Seattle Sounders are on a roll. 7 wins out of 10 belies their league position. Vancouver are in an impressive run of form as well, but they lost 3-2 at Seattle, who have the chance to do the double over the Canadians.

    Rugby League

  • Warrington v Leeds - away win (4.95, Marathon). Leeds have a good record at Warrington, they have won 2 out of the last 4 games there. Leeds have had a few injuries recently and their form has dipped, but they are still a formidable club and tend to do well in the big televised games.

    Cricket

  • Surrey vs Middlesex - home win (1.73, Bet 365). Surrey have been very strong in the T20 so far this season, especially at home. They have already won one home match this week and should win this London derby on Friday night.
