Wednesday Fixture Date Set

GRIMSBY's Round 3 match away at Sheffield Wednesday in the Carabao Cup will take place on Tuesday 16th September (19:45pm). The tie will be shown on Sky Plus, along with other fixtures that evening.
Prices are £15 for adults, £10 for seniors and £5 for children.
Town beat Manchester United in the previous round, and will be hoping to claim another scalp against the Championship side, where fans currently have issues with their owners and have been boycotting home games. Grimsby and Wednesday both won their Round 2 ties on penalties. There is no extra time or replays in the Carabao Cup.
In other news, Grimsby lost at Bradford last night in their EFL Trophy Group Stage match. Town midfielder Henry Brown was harshly sent off in the first half. Danny Rose scored a penalty just before the break, before City turned the game around in the second half.
