Not wishing to sound negative, but, what has the shop done since he came on? When he challenges he concedes a free kick.  When the ball is played to him he miss controls it. In fairness he does close down!

In all honesty, I think the past 2 weeks have been a defining period in the season, it's sad to say.

We've sorely missed Niven and now sounds like we are badly missing disley rascal too. For me, the managers needed to get someone in last week, that could add a bit of bite and spark to the midfield.
