Mmmm do I gather a bit of old leftist envy there.

I appreciate David Ross didn't come from a poor family and received a private education but didn't most of his wealth come from the build up of the Carphone Warehouse empire which he and a couple of friends helped build up to what it is today by getting into the mobile phone market at just the right time.

Envy? Why on earth would I be envious of somebody avoiding paying their fair share of taxes? It's not something which should be lauded, you know.

The e mail I sent was not a begging letter,

What I said was," did he know what the fans are doing and the Trust have set up a fund raising scheme,

If he wanted to contribute it would be gratefully received ".

you might ask cosalt pensioners and shareholders what they think of Mr Ross arryarryarry. You might get a more rounded view of his ethics and business practices
