Rashid in the 13, so he may well start the first test.

It's Boycott who pronounces it griggit.

Good to see your faith in the England team btw.

This series is starting to feel a bit like in 2005 in the way they have come over and started their mental games early doors, In the 2005 series they came here as strong favourites and the best team in the world, and they started spouting how they were going to thrash us 5-0 and look what happened!

We was so lucky in 2005 when their best bowler trod on a ball just before beginning of second test and ruling him out so enabling us to get some momentum

Got tickets for last day at Trent bridge just hope it goes that long .....first time i have gone for last day as wanted to see a result normally go for first day tickets as you set off for the day not knowing who is batting etc

<*(((><

Town have given me some of my highest highs and my lowest lows ........ God it is like a marriage

Love Test cricket and The Ashes in particular.

Sure the Aussies are favourites but IF we can get some momentum and play aggressive cricket then who knows? The last thing we need to do is go into our shells, need to see off the new ball and punish them. Fight fire with fire.

Weaknesses are probably Lyth, not because it is early in his test career but he has some very clear technical flaws which I suspect Aussie will expose. Not sure Ballance is a Test number 3 either but I sincerely hope we can win one of the first two Tests to ask questions of the Aussies.

Don't think we should have chosen Cardiff, at least not for the 1st Test, but I have tickets for the first 3 days and then also for 2 days at Trent Bridge.

Bring it on

Yep, i can afford Sky but won't pay for it, so i get to see no live cricket anymore. Have to do with the highlights on CH5.

Get yourself an android box, watch as much cricket as you want then.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Promise a man someone else's fish and he votes Labour.

You don't even need an android box. Any PC will allow you to watch anything and everything with the right programming and knowing where to look. Depends what your definition of legal is i suppose.

Anyway, great afternoon session for England. Moved onto 190 without any more wickets falling. Root really is a class act.
