Mr Hurst....I appreciate that every manager wants to improve his team but do you really think that the best time to do this is in the middle of a winning run and especially on the back of a 5-0 win.You must agree that every game since that 5-0 scoreline has been pretty mediocre.Why did you change the team-only you know the answer to that. You must also agree that it hasnt been a very good transfer window for us this time.I hope the signings that you have made were not your first choices.I have always been a supporter of yours but if this is the case I am sorry to say that I am beginning to feel that you are losing the plot.When the transfer window opened we had a realistic chance of automatic promotion - not any more. Mr. Hurst, I beg that you throw away your rose coloured spectacles and make a big decision to bite the bullet. It is obvious that your changes have unsettled the team so please admit this to yourself and try to revert to the good manager that you were starting to become....Up The Mariners....

I admit that the chances of winning the league have gone but not the play off position. That isn't in doubt I don't think.

Last 12 games stats are impressive. No doubt about that.

But the key ones are played 31, won 16, drew 11 lost 4, points 59. It's not the last 12 games that's been the problem.

Anyone can say whatever they like about form, or the last 12 games, the whole season, whatever....

But, everyone knows, that for a team supposedly aspiring to the title, drawing at home to Borehamwood is two precious points dropped, and goes on the (long) list of all the other similar occasions over the last 4 seasons.
Lessons not learned. Again and again.

Totally agree chaos.

Not versatile enough as a manager and i also will say imo his january transfer dealings season on season have also been not what win you this league.

Operation promotion was to give us the edge in getting the players to give us that extra from last season what we missed.

So frustrating in that he still hasnt got it.
