Just looking at our remaining fixtures how many points do you think we will end up with.?

I will bump this up at the end of the season and see who was the nearest.

My head tells me at best we will win 4  draw  3  lose.  6

Giving us a grand total of. 41 points and a bottom 2 finish.

Dunno. As has been said before clubs have stayed up with low 40s before and clubs have been relegated with 51 points.

We need to get enough points so that we finish above the 23rd place team be it on points, goal difference or goals scored.

Yesterday I thought we looked very low on confidence and players were making the safe choice every time to avoid making mistakes.

If we pick up a win and we get some confidence we have enough to go on a good run.

I think it’s unlikely we’re going to get anywhere near 40 points

At the minute, I can't see where we're gonna win one!

We have tightened up at the back recently, so are not shipping as many goals as before. But we are creating next to nothing up front, and the forwards we have don't convert what few chances we do create. So, quite frankly, it's hard to see us winning many of the remaining 13 games. I'd say four at the outside, and that is generous considering that we have won 1 of the last 12 since Hurst took over.  We might sneak a few draws, 0-0, and 1-1. Let's be kind and say we get four.

So that's four wins, four draws and five defeats. That sounds incredibly optimistic from where we are at form wise doesn't it? But it's still only 16 points. That would give us 42 points and that means relegation.

Looking on the dark side, if we continue the way we are going I could see us notching up a couple of wins and three draws. 9 points. Giving 35 in total.

So that's the range I am looking at, 35 to 42 points. Either way we are down.   It makes me sick to the stomach.

3 wins, 3 draws - 38 points. May as well furlough/send back anyone who wont be here next season now, and use some of our own youngsters to get them toughened up a bit ready for the conference.
