Bang on. Can’t be arsed wading into the binfest on the other thread, but this club has some fúcking brilliant support - pound for pound some of the best in the land, despite the utter dross fans have had to endure for the last two decades.

That we have a small faction of idiots who go to occasional away games doesn’t change that a jot. That it’s a perhaps a bigger faction than other clubs doesn’t either. It’s not for regular, match going fans to sort out - that’s between the club and the police to deal with.

If the behaviour of said idiots begins to impinge on the match day experience of genuine supporters, then it’s those channels - the club and the police - which need to be challenged.

There were several Facebook and You Tube vids out on showing some police intimidation to get fans to react - bit shoddy, especially one GTFC fan's body cam footage  !!

BP home areas will be full for Stockport - I got one of the last 3 tickets in the Lower, Upper is just about down to singles only. Lets intimidate the opposition players rather than fans as it should be...

What was the URL of that Town site which had a countdown of tickets available? Was quite addictive earlier in the season.

Some good eggs in our end on Saturday.

My wallet fell out of my pocket at some point & didn’t realise until I left the ground. By the time I’d walked into town someone had tracked me down on Instagram to say they’d found it & they posted it out to us first thing Monday morning. I know it’s only a small thing but it had some very sentimental things in there so I was made up to get it back.

It's drink and or drugs. It's as simple as that.

A big away game and drinking starts early, very early. Swaying on the train by 10.30. By 3pm everything is a blur and every second word is profanity and anybody sensible just ignores it if they can. Won't listen to stewards, won't take advice or even a polite suggestion.

No wonder I haven't got any friends.

Bournemouth the year Fenty was held aloft like some saviour.

I agree, the games further away tend to come with less baggage but I’d imagine that’s the same for every club.
