I thought Newcastle look miles off  Man Utd's quality . I can't see them getting top 4 either

It was mentioned in the post match punditry bit, that one of the problems Newcastle have in their quest to improve, is their location. One mentioned them maybe having to train in London to attract better players.

Sounds familiar.

Whereas it could be true for the likes of us, that’s just an excuse for Newcastle. All the money in the world but they’re still a bang average club who get a decent crowd, nothing more. That’s the issue. Win something it qualify for Europe consistently and suddenly, with the inflated wages you’ll see they have no issue recruiting…

I think it is worse for them. The players they want to attract can go anywhere in the world. Ours have a choice of Cleethorpes or Hartlepool to make a living,  and that is if they are lucky.

Who gives a f--k, they is only one team  who played in black & white worth following GTFC.

The footballing world on Wednesday will see a proper following supporting the Mariners.
