Bryan Huxford Says He Is Unlikely To Return!

By: Bill Osborne
Date: 29/05/2002

FORMER Town vice chairman Bryan Huxford has not ruled out any chance of him returning to the board of directors but says it is unlikely.

Huxford resigned his position at the club after failing to get backing for his plan to bring in outside investment into the club. That was over a year ago and he says he has no plans to return.

He said: "I never say never in business but I can't see a situation that would see me return. Of course I have to be asked and that hasn't happened.

"What's going on now is of great concern and I don't blame the current board for any of it but no-one could have foreseen that ITV Digital would pull out leaving them in the position they are. It's difficult times for the club and I wish everyone all the best but as for me returning - I can't see it." "I never say never in business but I can't see a situation that would see me return.
