The Countdown - Current Position!

WITH the club committed to producing a squad of 25 players capable of taking us back into the first division, Paul Groves has been given a war chest that will be sufficient to make 10 signings.
That is not 10 new faces but 10 players, some of whom are among those who are now out of contract, a few youth players and some 'new faces'.
With the signing of Marcel Cas, Tony Crane and the re-signing of Macca, Paul Groves has begun the countdown and we presently stand at a squad of 18 players, which means we have 7 to go. Jevons has to be included whether he plays or not. Reports recently suggested that Groves was interested in another striker but if the Jevons situation is resolved satisfactorily, he may not pursue that option.
The following is the contracted players plus the out of contracts and my guess at their chances of being signed.
