Fettis to Sign Tomorrow!

ALAN Fettis is now expected to sign tomorrow for the Mariners after the parties concerned spent the day sorting out the details of the move. The Hull City keeper will be coming to Blundell Park on loan from the Tigers until the end of the season.

Hull City manager Peter Taylor told Radio Humberside: "There's a fair chance that Alan will be joining Grimsby tomorrow until the end of the season. It's a great chance for him to have the opportunity to play some games". The former Blackburn 'keeper is currently third in the pecking order at the East Yorkshire club.

Meanwhile Fettis' team mate at the KC stadium, central defender John Anderson, will not now be joining him at Blundell Park, having today failed to agree terms with the Mariners, and electing to stay with Hull instead.

With Town's First Team squad currently decimated by injuries, new boss Nicky Law will almost certainly be forced to turn to some of the younger squad members to make up the numbers for the visit of Bournemouth of Saturday.
