Thanks to everyone who took part in the competition this time around. We had nobody drop out which made the competition a lot better this time around.

Congratulations to Big Chris and commiserations to Judas Jay.

You can all have a break now for a few weeks before I return with a Prediction League based on this years World Cup. I will post details of this a couple of weeks before the start of the competition.

Congratulations to Big Chris who retains The Icenian Prediction League Champion Title. Having just scraped through 2 previous rounds he stepped up his game in the final with an 8-4 win over Judas Jay.

Thanks Les, I stumbled through the earlier rounds, struggled in the knock out stages and scraped through to the final where I performed much better to win.

I just hope this mirrors GTFC's performances in the coming weeks.

Well done Chris!

And hard luck Judas...runner up is no disgrace

I really enjoyed taking part but at the end of the day, the best man lifts the trophy!

As you say let's hope that Town can follow your lead

Thanks again to you Les for all your hard work setting up and keeping the competition going

Been an interesting alternative coming here to see how results have gone on between us fellow Fishies providing a welcome contrast when Town's own results haven't been so good

Well done, on target to win the POM too, for the second time (nobody has done that before I think).

Full marks to Les for keeping us all predicting!

You did struggle in the knockout stages Chris...I recall that you "hammered" me 2-1 and that needed a late Bury goal to change my correct score of 1-0 and 3 pts into just 1 point. Such thin margins between victory n defeat lol.

Congrats on ya overall win, a top effort. Also - as acknowledged elsewhere - big thanks to Les for taking the time to organise the competition. Very enjoyable taking part esp when we got to knock out stage!
