I can understand wealthy people buying clubs and wanting to build them up etc, but the Eastleigh Chairman in my opinion is quite bizarre, he's a lifelong Oxford United fan, has a 10% investment in the club, yet he ploughs his cash into a club that has no real affiliation to him i.e. Eastleigh... is that guy for real?  Any true fan would put all his money into the club he loves and supports.

Look at David Ross born in Grimsby, family made their fortune in this town, but helped he Leicester City.
With his friend Gary Lineker, was part of the consortium which rescued Leicester City Football Club from receivership, before it was later sold to Milan Mandarić.
