For what its worth I liked what little I saw of him attacking wise, but if we are looking for a resolute hard tackling defender (don`t think so)----- but in Hurst we trust

Yeah I was gonna say I thought Mark Lever was called 'Plug' by his teamates. I used to see him in Corals in Scartho too.

When Mark Lever first came to Town he was nicknamed Bambi because of his long thin (at the time ) legs. He lodged with my mother in law for a couple of years, that's how I got to know what the others called him.
