Massive credit to Lloyd. Have a look at his tweets. On 30th November there was a statement of capital following an allotment of shares totally almost £2.4m
Think it’s a purchase of £15,500 - Tweet 1337450258054455297 will appear here... The £2,377,900 will be the total value of shares issued (up from the £2,362,400 posted in September). I did spot this in the week but thought it was probably tied to the share issue earlier in the year, or one of Fenty or Holloway putting some money in. Can’t imagine we’re entertaining this crook for the sake of £15k.

What does "due diligence" amount to when convicted fraudsters are openly courted?
Have felt ashamed several times at the club's behaviour under JSF...now it's moved up to 'disgusted'.

For a club quick to release mammary for tat statements when they don’t like a narrative they’ve helped to create, they’ve been very slow responding to this.
I’m all for remorse and rehabilitation but the more you look at this the more embarrassing it gets. The club openly called Shutes a tyre kicker and bad mouthed him; a crook comes along, is allowed in the ground when no fornicator else is, a man already binned off by another club and it’s clear we’re entertaining his interests, whatever they may be .
Personally I don’t care if he’s representing someone else. If that’s true it also makes me question that person. If it’s directly an involvement from May himself then that is even more worrying.
A genuine buyer was made to play a ridiculous game because it was clear he wanted complete control and removal of the current board...they didn’t like or want that so played a game and made up reasons for not selling.
It’s well known the club stalk the local social media and message boards, if they fail to cut all ties to this person immediately, that alleged love for the club is exposed as nothing more than a cover for self promotion, egotism and status raising.
I’m not surprised by Day, he isn’t in charge and we all know that. He openly laughed and was part of the serious unprofessional outbursts during that ill fated fans forum. Once again our board have shown a disregard and a genuine contempt for a fan base which have quite frankly dug them out of the excrement several times.
They are incompetent, arrogant, backwards thinking, small minded, self obsessed, egotistical and out of touch. The fact the trust seemingly didn’t know also highlights once more than their role in the board is nothing more than tokenism. Very sad and I’d admit, very disillusioned with the club...

Mariners Trust statement:
“As we understand it Mr May is in discussions about helping with a potential development that would be of benefit to the club."
I think I have worked out what help he could offer the club. We all know the Freeman Street site has a small but significant block of housing next to it that might cause issues with planning applications, stadium designs and building work. Maybe this guy has offered to use his vast experience in stealing property to "acquire" the houses at zero cost to help smooth out these potential problems without the huge burden of having to pay?

I’ve noticed one or two posters who are usually quick to defend the board have been a bit quiet since yesterday...

I hadn’t noticed to be fair. I guess when the club put out one of their wonderfully clear statements they’ll come and tell us we were all wrong and Mr Day et al are right...
