IF any deal, of any type, is done with these thieving charlatan illegitimates (and I cannot believe that Fenty, however bad it looks, will place any part of Grimsby Town's future in the hands of these people) I think Holloway, who is a man of honesty and principle (even if a trifle eccentric) will be the first out of the door followed by 3000 fans , I certainly hope so

Uijana Adamczyk is a lady, and I think is Mr Fenty's partner. She seconded his nomination as a councillor

2 other points - apparently the £15,500 share purchase were of a different class of share to those allocated to us mere plebs

finally the 2 Trust Board members would be aware of May, due to being at board meetings, but are prevented from disclosing anything due to the confidentiality agreements. They must have been in a VERY uncomfortable position for the last few weeks

If there is evidence of Fenty being involved with this convicted fraudster, then I would suggest it would have more serious implications for his position as Deputy Leader of the Council and as a Councillor.

Maybe something the Telegraph would want to look at, given the significant public interest.

Holloway said a few weeks ago that if the club was handed over to Shutes then he would leave. I cant help but think he has had knowledge of this down the line.

Absolutely disgusted. Fenty should resign as deputy leader of the council and more importantly resign as a GTFC director.

Holloway saying he would leave if Shutes bought the club was just typical bluster from him. He’s not gonna come out and say the bloke who gave him a way back in to management is an incompetent megalomaniac is he?

Alarm bells should’ve rang when Holloway said Fenty knew what he was doing...

The club can spin this however they want but if we thought endorsing Farage or handing over a shirt to a prime minister was a excrement idea...this is on a whole other level...

The AM in AMPCO seems to be Austin Moore, of Austin Moore LLP. Looks like he is a solicitor based in the Ropewalk in Nottingham, which just happens to be the same place AMPCO is located. There are scores of companies registered as AMPCO, all with a different number attached on the end. Mr Moore also has several companies listed at Companies House. No suggestion he is anything other than just the legal part of the process.

https://www.austinmoore.com/

He is listed here in the incorporation section as an agent. In the change of name section, it is just signed as AMP. Can't be a coincidence.

As I said in the other thread, there are development deals to be done in regard to Freemo, and this could all be above board, but the inclusion of a convicted fraudster and his obvious link to our club and it's owner is very worrying.

I have no idea of legalities in all of this, but isn't there at least a conflict of interests issue here, not to mention the poor press this is going to bring to our club?
